Through our various projects we have continuously developed our capacity to produce designs in a way that is accessible to our Clients. To this end we now can present our concepts and ideas not only in the traditional sketch proposals and CAD drawings but also in 3D computer generated models, allowing the opportunity to “view” a building from every angle and even look at it in its setting before deciding on a particular design direction.

This is an invaluable tool which allows critical decisions to be made about shape, form and finishes while the design is still on the “drawing board” avoiding costly changes on site at a later stage.

Models can show the internal layout of a building as well as the external appearance, allowing testing of different finishes and layouts. The effect the orientation of the building has on shading can even be accurately displayed within the model.

Our practical background ensures that when a design progresses to site it is has been developed to a level where construction details are fully thought out and drafted . A series of fully integrated working drawings are prepared to detail everything from setting out to services layouts.

This avoids the compromises that result when problems come to light on site and are resolved by the most expedient route, to avoid delays.
