From previous projects in volume house building and master planning we have built up unrivalled knowledge of the critical elements that are required to facilitate large developments before the construction phase begins. We can essentially be seen as the Clients expert. Identifying the elements that are required to ensure a successful planning application and still result in a workable scheme that maximizes the potential return of the site and where the control remains in the hands of the Client through the construction or
disposal process.

Large planning applications will generally require production of background studies such as environmental , archaeological, traffic, drainage etc, which are then drawn together into a baseline document which informs the production of the actual design. It is the management (or more often mismanagement) of this process that can often lead to substantial delays in the Planning process, and a compromised design .

We use our experience from both sides of the Client and Consultant relationship to ensure that the process is firstly correctly framed within a defined brief and thereafter it is carried out expediently. We act as the single point of contact for the Client through the whole process.

We draw the information together into an accessible format using both written and graphic media which is firstly used to develop the design and thereafter to support it through the planning process.

A range of techniques can be used to assist in the presentation of the information from professionally presented documents, and graphics to computer generated 3D models to allow full interaction with the design.
