Through our Design & Build Packages, we offer a “one stop service”, from design proposals, through planning applications, to full construction and landscape works. Interior design can also be arranged if desired.

We base sketch proposals on the initial Clients brief and from there develop an agreed design that meets their individual needs and aspirations.

Once a design is agreed Bergamot will deal with all planning and building control issues and provide a fixed price for the project based on a written specification and chosen level of finish.

Our service ensures that the Client has certainty of price at the outset, and a single point of contact for the duration of the process, through design, planning and construction, all of which we carry out in-house.

We have experience in designing both traditional style and contemporary buildings and a keen interest in sustainability issues ensuring that in so far as possible our designs and methods of construction follow best practice.
