Previous work in the refurbishment and extension of period buildings have revealed that there is demand for a “one stop shop” service where Clients can tap our experience and be guided though the often bewildering process and procedures that  accompanies the usual procurement routes. These bespoke projects can be delivered in a variety of ways from Design & Build Packages to construction works only contracts.

At the other end of the spectrum we also have unrivalled experience in volume house building and the planning of large development sites. Again our ethos of providing the private Client with a single point of contact for the development process comes from our experiences as Client, Consultant and Contractor. Our input in design management can help to maximize the return from your development site.
